lhenegar Hi there! My name is Lori and I purchased the green Ricky from you. What is the trick to opening that lock? It opened the first time but I locked it back I guess and I can’t get it open. I tried to google it but not an option. Do you always have to lock it to keep it fastened. I would rather not lock it each time! Please advise!

islandlady14 @lhenegar hi! Slide the lock button from the top down. I always just closed the clasped, rarely locked with keys. Let me know if that works! It does take time to get used to it😉

islandlady14 To better answer your question. Yes when you clasp the flap it will technically seem like it’s locked but should easily open when you slide the lock button down, you shouldn’t need the key. The clasp will only be “locked, locked” if you use the key. Hope this clarifies it a little better!
