linhpayne1988 @sweetpea221 hi there I couldn’t find my package even though it said delivered so this is what I emailed poshmark “Hello Poshmark, I drove around my neighborhood looking for my package and I found an empty package with my name in it. I don’t know if they were delivered to the wrong house and someone threw it out or if someone stole them from my porch. I’m not sure what Poshmark policy is or if my package was insured and how do I confirm so the seller can get paid.”

I told them exactly what happened and asked how I could confirm so you could get paid because it wasn’t your fault. I can try to call them tomorrow and see if we can come to a resolution because I thought priority package are insured

linhpayne1988 @wildfoxxxo yes! I put my office address because my package got stolen from my home before. They attempted to deliver on Saturday and our office was closed. But they always retry on Mondays though. I’m sure I will get the package tomorrow :)
