Hi, I'm writing regarding your recent order. I have contacted Canada Post for help as there has not been any tracking update since I dropped off the package a week ago. The ticket number is 136062471, should you need to contact Canada post for assistance re the delivery as well. Will let you know when I hear back from their customer support. Delay is expected due to covid, but should not take this long usually.
