linnea_r @dpage3 Hello.. I updated the rating and appreciate that you reached out to me. It really does help to stuff the toes of shoes with paper to help prevent damage during shipping. Also, if you are not going to be ship the item within a couple of days it’s nice to just reach out with an update. I know the guidelines say you have 7 days to ship and things come up so you might not be able to get to the post office right away but a heads up is a good idea. Thanks and have a good day!
