dollx283 @linzee_luv once you put it on it instantly shapes up your body after a week or two of wearing it off and on u will start to see results when also not wearing it..its adjustable so you can make it tighter or looser to your liking go with the size you wear in form fitted T-shirts it's super stretchy and you can always adjust it to fit you perfect
