erikafair1004 @lisamp7851 it comes out to about a size 7 in US. Not sure if you have worn danskos before but they feel tight at first but after wearing them a few 12 hour shifts they stretch a little bit. I didn't feel much of a difference in the sizes but I had surgery and thought if a bought a larger size they would work but they didn't.
