somyoung17 Hello, Lisa. I bought your Toms bag at March 20, but it didn't arrive to my dorm because it's incorrect address. USPS said the sender should send back this packet. It's the only way. I want to get my packet, so can you send back this packet and resend to me?

somyoung17 It should be delivered, but USPS said the addressee was not known at the delivery address noted on the package. I think you should contact with USPS and should know what happens about the package. They said it's up to sender and all they have to do is package should come back to sender. I don't know what happen it is, and I'm very sorry to give you poor rating. I didn't know it was out of your control
