fashiontheory Hi lisa, I see that you are one of Poshmark ambassador and want to ask if you can help me. Last month I bought a dress from a seller her at Poshmark. Item was not disclosed as damage. Dress is dark and not great quality photo can easily hide it. I reported to Poshmark the second I got the item and have not heard back. I have tired email twice and still nothing. Please help

fashiontheory Hi Lisa, whoops! I apologize for not replying back right away. i just saw your message and mistakenly copied it on your post. If an item you purchased was not fully disclosed, and Poshmark has not responded to your messages, the best thing to do is to contact them via social media [twitter and facebook]. Generally, Poshmark is great at responding within the second inquiry but usually they're inundated with emails. Social media is the way to go. Hope this helps! :)
