Hi!
Apologies for the delay but I sent these on Saturday- I went to the post office and the clerk took my 2 packages from me because this one was oversized and wouldn’t fit in the chute. I just checked both packages and the other package had already arrived today but it wasn’t scanned in until today when it was delivered. I think there might be a delay in the scans because the post office seemed super hammered.

I went to the post office and spoke to the clerk and she said that they can only start an investigation 7 days after there is no scan.

The manager wasn’t there today so she asked me to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager but she said that because this was an oversized package it might not get scanned until it gets delivered or maybe it’s still somewhere in my local post office and hasn’t left yet (eep!). She said she will look around the post office and let me know tomorrow.

I’m truly sorry- this is the first time something like this has happened to me 😭
I posted another posh package that day and that has already been delivered on Tuesday! I also posted a few other packages since then and some even arrived today so I really don’t know what’s going on with this package (the only thing I can think of is that it was a larger package because I wanted to be sure that the dress didn’t get squished but it was definitely under the 5 pounds weight limit).
