Hello there! I wanted to apologize profusely for the delay in shipping your Chico’s Jean Jacket. I live in the Seattle WA area which has been hit hard with the COVID-19 Virus and we had a “shelter in place” order issued. They have been pulling people over and issuing $400 tickets if no good excuse for being out of the house is given. That said I was able to put it physically in the hands of my mailman today so it is on its way and I truly hope worth the wait for you when you receive it. 💕

Hi Lisa! You purchased a Soft Surroundings layered tank from me, and I wanted to give you an update. I always wash a garment after I sell it before I ship it. I noticed a small stain on the under part of it — it doesn’t show when wearing it, but I have been trying to remove it all week. It is almost completely gone, but I wanted to show you a picture so that you can see if you still want it or not.
