I shipped your package out before the Post Office closed on Saturday and stayed to make sure the woman who was helping me there scanned the 2 packages I was sending out. So your package definitely was shipped and scanned, I suppose it’s just taking the Posh app a little longer to update shipping on the app

Yesterday and on Monday I was in contact with both Poshmark & the USPS because even though I shipped your package, your sale still showed as "Pending USPS scan" and I was very concerned. Turns out, I'm an airhead! I recycle shipping materials whenever I can, so I always re-use cardboard boxes as long as they're in decent shape. And since I had a pretty crazy online shopping habit last year, I have TONS of cardboard boxes...

So when I was getting both packages together and ready to ship, I neglected to print out your shipping label. When I quickly looked at both packages, I saw both had shipping labels. And I printed out both labels but only taped one label to my other customer's box.

4mythreads @lisa0211 I just files a report on USPS regarding your purchase. When I put the tracking number in it says shipping label created and that is all. I did receive an email stating they successfully completed the package pick up. I went to the post office to ask about it and they couldn’t tell me anything. Maybe I’ll find something out soon.

nia_style hi I'm new here on poshmark and I just have a question. How do I know if I'm being scammed if people are interested in buying one of the items on my poshmark account but then they say they can't see the photos and ask me to send them photos to their email and then i send them the photos onto their email and then they send me a link saying it's from poshmark and they made their transaction already but I don't see it on my poshmark account I just started please I need some advice on what to do?!
