goldbc HI. Love the packaging. But I didn't get the right necklace. Instead of "over the moon" I got a double chain with a gold feather and a gold disc. The one I bought had a star a moon and a disc with crystals all one one gold circle and a single chain. Can you send me the right one when it's available. Thanks, Caryn

westcoastgal60 Hi Lisa, I purchased a chan luu bracelet, it arrived today but it's not the one that is in the picture that I bought. You may have shipped the wrong one to me and mine to someone else?? The one I received has beige colored beads and one freshwater pearl and with the 3 loop closure with tan leather..please advise....thanks!

My thoughts though are we really only have one type of Chan Luu leather wrap bracelet in stock right now so perhaps you were thinking of a different seller with a different Chan Luu bracelet?

cleoandfig @jh1971 You’re welcome to cancel your order, we did ship the pendant but it’s not tracking yet we put the notification in to PoshMark. I’m very proud of the fact that I have a top rating as a Shopify margin, and many many many five star ratings and great comments, sometimes customers don’t understand that natural stones are natural stones, or that they were expecting solid 14 karat gold one the description clearly reads 14 karat gold filled, that sort of thing is to be expected.

cleoandfig @jh1971 You didn’t receive poor customer service, we as merchants with PoshMark are given a certain amount of days to be able to ship an item. I can’t take responsibility for the United States Postal Service. I’m so glad to know that I have so many wonderful customers who recognize the quality of product that they’re receiving on my Poshmark account for 75% less then they would pay in my store or on the open market. I hope you enjoy your shopping with any other PoshMark seller.
