j_kendzierski @irwinca1 Hello, I am sorry you were not 100% satisfied with your order. You listed ship time & packaging as areas of improvement. The purchase was made on 3/10, shipped Fri 3/11 and arrived Mon 3/14. I am unsure how else I could have improved this. My box could have been nicer, but I wrapped each shoe in tissue paper, put air packets in so they wouldn't bounce around and I included a personal thank you card. Please let me know why this was not to your liking so I can improve.

irwinca1 @j_kendzierski I think everything was great. Shipping was fast - I have no idea past that - I had it shipped to my friends for a wedding this weekend so I haven't opened it.
