leese8793 @lexxgibbs the owner of the business/seller whom I worked for and was selling for decided to close the company permanently and we have all been laid off. There is no access to the jacket or any other items I was selling on her behalf. I haven’t been able to contact her either. My apologies.

leese8793 @alybeach2121 I know that these things happen. A lot happens to packages in route. The piece is actually made out of a composite material that is very powdery so I don’t think it was as sturdy as it looks or feels. Is there any chance of a small credit to cover the repairs? If not, just let me know and thank you. I’ll let customer service know that we have made contact. Thank you!
