_the_rack Hi Lisa thank you for your quick acceptance, however I did look over the item as I recorded it and I found no snags. Can you give me details of where they were? As far as heaviness that's not in my control. The rating is for service and the heaviness isn't something I can change. Thank you

lisanne1021 I know you have no control over the weight of the sweater it just looked thicker in the pictures but there were a few snags inside the sweater but I just cut them off and my son seems to be happy with it.
