huckleberryhill @cysaangelica Hi. I'm so sorry. This was shipped on time but for some reason it's not showing that it was scanned by usps. I have reported it to Poshmark. I will see if I can get ahold of usps to see if they can give me any info. I will keep up updated to what they say.

huckleberryhill @cysaangelica Apparently this PO closes early so I they won't be open when I get off work. I am off on wed and will go in then. Fingers crossed it starts tracking by then. That's the last time I use that PO. Again, I'm so sorry. How frustrating.

huckleberryhill @cysaangelica Good afternoon. I've tried to call the local # several times for that PO but it just rings with no answer. They close at 3pm and that is before I get off work. I am off tomarrow and will go in. I'll let you know what they say. I just can't believe it hasn't started tracking... Thanks for understanding.

huckleberryhill @cysaangelica The PO said the drop box is picked up by a different driver and they did not have a key to it. I called the main usps # and they said they would open an investigation and call me within 48-72 usps business hrs. The email I got from PM when I reported it said to contact them if it didnt start tracking by Aug 31. I will keep you updated when I get any more info. Thanks for your patience! I know how frustrated you must be.

cysaangelica @lails01 yeah, frustrated, but even more confused. Who knows what could have happened. I went to my mailbox today thinking it might be there....sadly, it wasn't. Gosh, this sucks! I'm sure it's not fun for you, either. I was just really looking forward to getting that blouse. Have you let Poshmark know what is going on? I wouldn't want them to penalize you or anything.

huckleberryhill @cysaangelica Still working in it. I got a call from the PO in Helotes who said they sent the investigation to the destination not the drop off location. Called them back to correct the error. Also received a call from the PO I went to today who gave me the # for my local plant. They are also looking into it and said they will let me know if they have any info. I've got your back. I've been at it all day. I will keep you up on any new info.

I just want you to know that I went to look at the order for the green Moth blouse I bought from you (in case that there was some sort of update), and it shows that this order was cancelled by Poshmark on September 1st. My heart dropped. I didn't want to cancel the order. I was hoping that you and I could resolve the issue together and perhaps hear from the Post Office soon. Can you please get back to me and see what we can do about this?

huckleberryhill @cysaangelica I'm so sorry, this has never happened to me before so I wasnt sure of the process. Poshmark cancelled the order and refunded the amount back to you. I wish the top would have made it to you. Unfortunatly, there is not anything else I am able to do through usps since it was resolved by Poshmark.
