dongdoink "i just want to make it clear that this seller was very nice & the shipping was very fast. i don't love the term "misrepresented" in this situation because, to me, it makes it seem like the seller was purposely lying about the shoes. the color is just very misleading in the photo, & even the photo i took doesn't show how purple they are. plus, the shoes squeaking is disappointing. i hope this case, in no way, reflects negatively on this seller's poshmark rating. lisa

katiemac1287 @dongdoink im really hoping it doesnt negatively affect my ratings. I tried my hardest to describe and picture the color of the shoes since they are hard to describe. I havent worn them more than once or twice and dont remember a squeaking sound or i would have said that lol

dongdoink i'm so sorry about that (it was truly not my intention), but even on the inside of the shoes where the size is, the color name is purple. i emailed poshmark support twice letting them know i didn't want this to effect your rating negatively, so if there is anything i can do to have the IND removed, please let me know. i will send them another email to reiterate that there was no way you intentionally misrepresented the color. please, let me know if there is anything else i can do to help. lisa

dongdoink katie - her is the email i just sent poshmark support: hey, poshmark - is it possible for you to remove the IND you gave this seller for the return? i sent two emails during the return process urging that this not negatively effect katie's rating, and now it has.
