ajaned I am truly sorry it is taking so long to ship your Kate spade bag. My phone was stolen last week, backup phone broke, finally got a new one and the printers at my apartment are broken. Add to that, I'm a flight attendant (not always home). Not trying to make excuses, just letting you know why the delay. It is currently boxed and I'm on my way to work where I can print the label. Unfortunately, I won't be home again until Friday.... I have every reason to believe I can ship it that day.
