The tracking number is located on the package that you took a picture of take that to the post office to file the claim. I cannot do that from my end according to postmaster.

I do not have another ring like that to replace that with what would make you happy at this point I feel very bad about the whole thing yet I am out of an item that's missing and so are you how would you like to proceed from here

@trustyle688 I don't know what to do. I found the tracking number. I will go to the post office but they cant replace something that was not in the ring box. Do you have the weight of the package when it was sent because I will take it to get weighed and we can compare. Could it have got accidentally sent in a wrong order?

@trustyle688 All I can do is go talk to them but i don't think they can replace something that was not inside the box. I can take them the package how I recieved it : bag, foam, pink bag and gray and pink box.... no ring and have it weighed to see what the difference between what you sent and what I have is.

@reid_lisa , the weight on that label was u.s. priority shipping up to 5 lb. I don't sell a lot of packages yours was the nicest ring on the web page and packaged it extra nice and use the gift box for it I don't often sell rings with gift boxes unless there are as nice as yours

I don't know if the item was tampered with or what but the Postal Service told me since you did not receive your item you can file a claim with them and they will refund your loss

@trustyle688 I will go talk to them first thing tomorrow. I don't know what they will tell me since the product was not inside the box and I technically did get my package. But I will make a claim with them.

Lisa I found the ring in a red ring box with black interior and then I must have decided against that one wanted to use the pink cuz I was trying it in both of the Ring boxes seeing which one looks best I found it in the back of one of my cabinets I put the other ring boxes away decided against using it and here it is I'm going to go package it up now and mail it to you can you please stop the case

Anyway I'm mailing it right now in a you have your ring box and you have everything else I'm mailing it in a plastic hard container okay wrapped with some some packing so it's going to be on the way now and I'll provide you with the tracking number when I get back from the post office if I can make it on time if not it'll be first thing in the AM I'm so happy we found this

I don't think I'll make it to the post office on time it's it's about 10 minutes from here so first thing in the morning I'll provide you with the tracking number we did it I'm so happy but you know I was trying it between this ring box and that ring box and I did it so it's on its way I'm so sorry this had to happen but at least I did learn a few things I learned that I can't file from here for any incidences and that the all items are insured shipping priority

@trustyle688 Oh my word, well thank you for owning your mistake, and making it right. But I am so upset about this, I spent my entire day trying to defend myself to you , trying to make you believe me that there was no ring in the box. I have been made to feel like a piece of dirt. Like I was trying to scam you. I just got into a fight with my wife over this, I am livid.

The ring has been found I am shipping it to you in the am I will provide tracking number in the am it was in another ring box I had tried it in 2 to see what one looked best and it was the pink one. I want to apologize for all of this trouble but I just had spinal surgery and have been in a fog for over a week. Do not go to post office. and file clime the item will be on its way.
