phassa I'm sorry you had a bad experience with me but both sides of the boots were shown in pictures and it wasn't a major flaw. It's natural leather and that was how they were when I bought them... I would never sell anything without giving a description of a flaw and this was not that case. I wish you had brought this to my attention when you received the boots and we could have worked something out if you were displeased.
