thekoalamama Hi Lisa. I will be the first to admit that PM's messaging system leaves a lot to be desired but I did, indeed respond to your initial comment that the shoes were the wrong size. Since you had given 5 stars, I asked if they still fit but did not hear back from you. I then received a notification that you had re-posted them for sale in your closed so thought perhaps you had purchased them to resell. I will reach out to PM to see how to process a refund of your purchase.

smiley1005 I updated my rating back to 5 stars. I reposted Bc I can’t wear them. I was hoping PN would pay for me to ship them back and I could get a refund. The box pic you posted doesn’t match the boots. :(

thekoalamama Hi Lisa. I think I just messed up all the way around on this. Go into the transaction and see if you can request a refund/return. I don't see where I can do it. If you cannot I'll reach out to PM and found out how to deal with this.

thekoalamama @smiley1005 I was just looking at the return policy and I think that is what you need to do... go into the order and open a return request. It looks like PM takes it from there. And I really am so sorry for the mistake. I know I listed several pairs of shoes and boots at the same time and may not have updated the listing since all the others were size 7... or the box they were in said size 7 and I assumed that was correct.
