lisaflorida @scottabitha I actually went to my local post office yesterday to drop off other Pm package and asked them why it looks like that. They said that third party vendors pick up the items (Ups, fedex) and use their own tracking ID and it would show on the app. I thought it was strange though because that has never happened with any of my shipments so I emailed posh- as soon as they respond I’ll let you know what they say. I apologize for whatever is going on.

lisaflorida I have no idea what’s going on because I ship from that USPS everyday... I even asked if the package was still there as it shows on tracking and they said no. That’s it’s picked up by UPS or fedex. I feel like Posh asking until the 5th is kind of a long time? I will email them again.

I assume they have some type of policy in place for situations like this because they can’t just expect me to be out of a purse because it was lost in shipping?

scottabitha @lisaflorida....Hello, There were several questions that you asked me....I asked what do they do in a situation like this. This has not happen to me before so I have no clue how this works. I am thinking UPS will refund you and POSH will refund me. I know the bag is not here and I got another POSH that I ordered after that by mail. I really want the bag but if they cant find it I guess we have to go the refund route. Just my luck the one thing I wanted it gets lost.....😭

awthentikluxury Hey Lisa! As a seller yourself, I would imagine you know offering 20% of asking price (the lowest PM allows), is insulting for a genuine LV Alma bag that’s already 65% off retail. $140 is far too low. It’s Louis Vuitton, not Calvin Klein. Please consider in the future. 🙏🙏

Offering $140 for an LV bag, which is always in style, and sells for $600-$1,00 for this model depending on condition, is insulting, cheap, and shows no etiquette. Nice attempt at a spin though. There’s a reason you see Posh sellers put up a offer chart of what’s appropriate and what’s not. $140...maybe for a key chain. Have a good one and thanks for the positive wishes. Likewise 👍🏼
