luhendog I am very sorry for the item was not as described. I am willing to offer you a full refund if you change your 1 star review. I can either send you a check or cash for the item sale price as well as the shipping. If you check my reviews all of them are positive so this is a new experience for me. I also have been selling on poshmark for only less than a month so I’m trying to learn from my mistakes. Many apologies.

luhendog I am very sorry for your negative experience with buying from me. You can look at my reviews and see over 50 positive reviews with love notes. Your 1 star rating has cost me a decrease in sales and will affect the rest of my poshmark business. Please remember that in future purchases with other buyers, you can open a case and return the item you hate so much and get a full refund. If you like the item enough to keep I don’t think the seller deserves the worst possible review you could leave.

l_o_posh @luhendog I am more than happy to return the item and have a refund of my costs. I was not able to open a case because it was not within Poshmarks timeline (I was away when the item arrived). Please advise on how to revise and I'm happy to do so. I appreciate your communication.
