poshmishmosh @ltcarrolltx there must be some strange glitch going on. Usually everything runs very smoothly on Poshmark so I hope you won't give up on it. They will fix it but it is a great idea to email them. 🙂

poshmishmosh @ltcarrolltx you have to email them. You cannot call. There is a place that says "contact poshmark support." If you click that, it will open an email for you.

poshmishmosh @ltcarrolltx I'm just now seeing your prior posts. Sorry I missed them earlier. They receive a ton of emails so that's why it usually takes a day or 2. I promise they are a wonderful company. They probably thought it was fraud perhaps because you placed a high number of orders. It will all get worked out.

You and one other seller shipped before it was canceled. Two others shipped, but their orders weren't canceled. I promise I will make sure you receive your payment! ltcarrolltx @poshmishmosh I haven't heard back from Poshmark support and my frustration continues. I did receive 2 of my orders that were not canceled so I can see how things are supposed to work. I also received 2 orders that had been approved and the seller had shipped (I haven't received your sweater yet), but the orders had been canceled by Poshmark. I feel so sorry for these sellers and can only hope they are as understanding as you!
