Hello. Thank you for purchasing the suede boots from me. I went to package and ship then and realized my daughter had worn them last week on an outdoor photo shoot. When I listed them they were NWT but now they have been worn. They're still in excellent condition with the box but the tag is no longer on it and you can see signs of wear. It's still a great price but if you want to cancel the sale I totally understand.

I just realized what the claim is for, I bought aerobic golf shoes I thought were a ladies 9.5, but they are a men's 9.5, so they obviously don't fit. Any chance I can return them for a credit? I don't think the listing said whether they were men's or ladies but they came up when I searched for ladies 9.5 golf shoes.

Hi Lisa. I do remember u purchasing from me months ago, the lulus dress was small for u then too. Please understand that lulus has a website that contains a sizing chart for yourself before considering a purchase that does not offer returns from the selling platform. Please know that lulus is best fitted for smaller or junior sizes if you choose to return. Have a great day and thank you for your feedback
