loswanson I saw you tagged me in a comment about my experience working with that particular purchaser- I immediately blocked them. They were unreasonable and threatened to change my rating to a 2⭐️ the purse had been used twice- near perfect condition except for one mark that was listed in the description. My advice would be to block them after they sort out your rating- I wouldn’t hold my breathe on them changing it! I hope it works out better for you! Happy poshing💕

pameplace Hi ... as a Posh Ambassador I’m wondering if I can ask a question? Took two packages to post office today and only one is tracking so far. I’m thinking that’s strange or is it just me . bluepuka @pameplace Love that you asked a question!! The mail has definitely been a “wild card” at times. I would give it a little bit & check again midday Tuesday— if still nothing, call that location & see what may have happened. Did you happen to get a receipt with tracking numbers? If so, you know it’s been scanned which is a good sign.

bluepuka @wh5700 Yay! I love getting questions. Regarding cute graphics, likely some are using layout programs like Pages or Publisher, then taking a screenshot. There are also apps like Canva or Snapseed that can provide background, editing, etc...see next comment...

bluepuka @wh5700 Remember, too, you can always go back & improve photos as you learn more. I’ve done that sooooo many times since my first listings. It takes a little while but lighting & clean, light backgrounds seem to work best.😊 Notice what attracts your eye & what confuses it or is hard to see. That helped me simplify my listings. Hope that helps.
