To cancel an order, please go to the order screen and tap on Problems/Order Inquiry. The next screen will allow you as the buyer to cancel the order by selecting Order Delayed and a full refund will be issued to you.”

copycat51 Yes, but I have seen how other sellers are able to cancel the order. I'm not sure how it's done. I can wait 7 days and cancel it on my own, if you are not sure how to do it. Thanks for checking into this.
