lisasotoobrien Hi there, I just checked my credit card and was charged $12 plus 6.79 for the first order and then $20 for the second order. I am now paying $20 per tube. I thought I was getting a deal for all of the trouble much less I am paying more than I started..

thrifting411 I’m not in control over the shipping for the first item. You paid 12$ for the first and $20 for the second which works out to be $32. Making both lipsticks $16 each.

Actually no shipping price. I really couldnt afford two at $19 per tube. I would have only gotten one.

Poshmark can email you a return label and you can send them back to me. I’m sorry for any and all of the confusion. You have 2 packages coming. If you wouldn’t mind keeping them sealed and just mailing them back to me I would appreciate that. I’m very sorry.

I didnt mean both for 12 I meant 12 each so 24 dollars plus shipping since they would be coming together since you said you were canceling the first order.. I would like to keep both but would rather be paying around 30 with shipping not 40

thrifting411 @lisasotoobrien unfortunately a partial refund isn’t possible. I did send you a lot of samples but I know that doesn’t make up for all the confusion. If you want to return it we can redo the transaction. I don’t know what other options are available and I never want anyone to be unhappy!

I really want them, both. I just cant afford to pay $20 for a lipstick. I guess I can return and redo if you are able to do that.

Let me see if I am able to just refund you one of the lipsticks I’ll loose money but I never want anyone to feel cheated. That’s not my goal. Or if you want we can redo the Oder I would just feel bad bc that would tie up your money with the bank. Please look through my closet. I can mail you anything that’s $10 or less. I’m trying to figure out anything.

lisasotoobrien @munkey516 I have to file a report on each order. and send a pic. I am still so confused and don't have time for this. I don't think the first order will qualify as a mistake since it wasnt but the second order is where the confusion came in. I thought I was getting a discount for purchasing two. I ended up paying more per tube than if I had bought just the one. I was so excited that I found this color and now I don't know what to do. Can I just return the one and keep the other?

thrifting411 @lisasotoobrien I commented back. They should give you a refund and you can mail back the other lipstick. I did the math and you should have received a $4.80 discount. I forgot to take off the 15%. I truly feel bad about what happened. Thank you for all your time and patience. I know this is terribly annoying.
