I have requested an intercept package with the post office so that you do not receive an item that you did not purchase. I apologize for the inconvenience, this has never happened before. I contacted POSHMARK regarding the situation. Poshmark will contact you and refund the money for the purchase. Once again, I apologize.

@lshelden it's the wrong item with the shipping label created for the shoes. I will still send the shoes but Poshmark has to send another label. I'm not sure if they will give you a refund or just send another label. I'm waiting for the email from Posh. But the shoes are definitely still available for you.

@lshelden I just sent an email requesting an return for the item that you received and for them to release the funds back to you. Don't worry. It will all work out. I have no intention on keeping the money for an item that you did not purchase. I asked them to send an shipping label to you so that you can ship the package back to me. (I will pay for the label) and I will ship the Jimmy choos or Posh will refund the funds to you.

Please note that this is a huge exception to our process, as the funds were released to the seller but a case was not opened. When the funds are released to the seller we are unable to reverse the transaction for a return or refund, as mentioned in our FAQs: http://bit.ly/1vyDhxd

Moving forward, if you find an issue with your order, please be sure to open up a formal return case on the order page by clicking "Problems/Order Inquiry." Cases must be opened within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your shipping address and the order must not be marked as received.

@lshelden hello. I understand from your response that you will receive your funds however it does not state how I will receive the item sent up you. I received s totally different response from Poshmark so I'm not sure what is going on. I don't want this to be a strike on my account as there wasn't anything wrong with the item as you did not receive it. But from what it seems it will be a strike against my account for an item that was not as described. Which is reality it was an misplaced item

@prettygrlprin I'm not very happy with Poshmarks assistance on this. I told them you and I were working together on this and it was just a mistake. I mentioned to them would the please review any correspondence from you as well. But each time I receive a response it's from a different person.

So I'm not sure how they are keeping up with this situation. π Last night I sent them a picture of the label and item. I mentioned to the second person again, that you and I want to move forward with our original transaction (and was not requesting a refund, but new shipping labels for us both)... nd that we wanted to go through PM to correct the shipping error.

I also told them you've been upfront & helpful. I hate that they want to use this as a negative score. That's not the case. Hopefully they will reply back today with a concrete solution on the return shipping labels.

@prettygrlprin Yes, agreed. I will pay to ship the bag back if you want to ship the shoes. As far as I can tell so far, they have not refunded the purchase price. We can just swap tracking numbers. Or, if you have another suggestion, I'm open. And I will add feedback for you too, once we've swapped items. That way if there is ever question, it's in the sale transaction.

@prettygrlprin Poshmark responded to my request today. They have sent a return label for the bag. They asked if I still want the shoes from the order and I said yes. Hopefully they have responded to you & provided a label to ship the shoes to me.
