cissygu @mellabella2 Email as following. I think you need to click the return shipping button first in your Apps. Otherwise, they will release the money to my account. I can't understand why a simple thing is being so complicated on Poshmark. “Hi there, Thank you for your response. Because a return case was opened and approved, the buyer will need to return the item to received a refund. Please feel free to dispose of the return item as you wish once delivered. Thank you for your patience.”
