cscidmore Hi There. I just saw my review for your highlighters purchased and I feel like some areas that could improve were inaccurate. I sent the package the VERY next day you purchased. I bubbled wrapped so that it stayed intact.. if there were any other issues I apologize but I go out of my way to do my best for customers. Next time I will take a pic.

dandl4415 I’m not sure what you mean. I put a high star on everything! I was very happy with both sets. I haven’t tried them yet, but they look perfect. I gave high stars on shipping, time, descriptions... I don’t know what you are seeing. Or what happened to my positive responses.

dandl4415 OMGOODNESS!! I just realized what happened! I went to give a response to another purchase, and I was clicking on things, thinking that I was saying that all of those things were wonderful. That is the way things are rated on FB Marketplace! So, I did, ignorantly hit those buttons. I will absolutely contact Customer Service. Explain to them what happened, see if they will let me do the comments over again. I am truly sorry. I really thought I was commending you on all of those topics!
