Hi Lisa, the dress tag 16 is British size, that dress was shipped directly from a London department store. equals size 12 as US size. I am a size 8, occasionally 10, I intentionally bought size 12 just in case they run super small. Turned out very big for me. Just clarify. Thanks again for your purchase. Good afternoon. Just hit word you are pending scan however pkg at post office rite now. Pmease forgive so.e of my packing it was 300am. I had no bigger boxes and in wrapping and protecting those awesome items it got real tight. However the tape QUEEN of poshmark, made sure not 1 crack or seal was uncovered or weak. Lolol. Pmease let me know you've recieved all in 5star condition. And I love any comments, the good ones anyway. But i LOVE them all.

Hi Lisa! I received a response regarding the shipping/ weight issues. Apparently poshmark doesn't have the ability to generate labels for weights over 10 lbs. They suggested cancelling the original bundle and splitting it into 2 bundles...that way the shipping cost gets spread over both boxes and still get the reduced rate.
I'm bummed because that box was so perfectly packed π. Ill split it up now, but will wait for your confirmation to put the custom bundles up for you to purchase.

Hi Lisa, I am pa king your purchase tonite as I had an emergency in NYC for my sister! The gray suede shoes when I took them out of the box have so much more suede falling off them! A piece of plastic covering the bottom of heel is gone! They were sitting in storage for too long! The other shoes are great! Tried earlier to do a custom bundle with no success. Just got an email from PM They said I have to make a new listing. I will work on that tomorrow morning as have to start on dinner very soon. I was thinking that you would get discounted shipping but not the case as it was an "offer". PM apologized for the trouble....glad to confirm it wasn't something we (or I) did wrong. I put the four items in her dressing room and she clicked on each one and made an offer (which I promptly declined LOL). Maybe there's a problem with your internet. Hey lady. I'm pulling things and had my leather cleaner and conditioner out for my bags so started to do the outside of the Patel and there is some cracking on the front strap. I conditioned and went easy. Nothing a little leather glue couldnt restore. It's a great bag, I was so excited that you chose it. Are you ok with that? @lisa86_ it's super cute! Amy saddle soap will work. It calls for a damp brush and this particular bag can withstand a little moisture. (Not all leather is a good fit for the damp brush/saddle soap....like coach for example...

@lisa86_ but when I'm doing a quickie on a bag I've been using kiwi leather lotion. Walmart. It's a cleaner and conditioner in one. They also have saddle soap and an oil conditioner that comes in a tin like the saddle soap. They also have brushes. Stick w soft. Give me a few minutes. Gonna check something real quick on leather glue.

Hey lady , couple things I need to cover.
1) I couldn't locate the necklace. I did replace it with a much nicer piece, in its original box, and have your address in my virtual assistant so when I locate the inspired piece I will send it as well. It's the least I can do for the time it's taken to get this all together.

2) a few pieces had been put out in storage. My husband hasn't been home much and I have a very clingy baby. It took me longer to get into said storage than I'd anticipated. Because of the time it was taking I wasn't able to launder what was in storage, which I prefer to do. The piece most concerning; the quarter zip, due to it just being thicker and more prone to absorbing. That's being said, nothing smells bad, it just doesn't smell fresh out the garden π please forgive me there.

3) we've been down to one vehicle, which has also added to time constraints as my husband obviously feels his mobile needs supersedes my own, even though it's HIS vehicle down. It's been frustrating to say the least. The point of that is I marked the order shipped yesterday because of a stern email, but it is enroute to post as we speak. Again, my apologies. Hopefully the replacement necklace will make up for things.
