minetoyourz I apologize for the delay in shipping of the black coach bag. You gave me one star. As far as it being “worn” that is how that bag was made. And when I sent the item off, I was in a brightly lit room and did not notice anything dirty on the outside. I only got $12 for the bag. If I would have ever thought someone would have said it was too worn or a dirty that I did not disclose I definitely would have kept it myself and carried it. I love the bag and had a hard time parting with it.
