jenandchase Hi Lisa, sorry to hear about your disappointment with the shoes. I honestly didn't notice the strap or color issue problems with them. I am more of an 8.5, so maybe they run big? I bought them for a summer dress & found them to be too high of a heel for me. Yes, they are kind of cheaply made - a trendy fashion shoe. I mentioned the glue part. Thx for your input & it will help me pay more attention in the future. All the best!
