amyjv89 Hi Lisa! This is the first I am hearing of the issue, so I'm sorry! I am not the one who denied the return, and I deeply apologize for what has happened. Poshmark doesn't inform the seller of what's happening, and they handle it on their own. Again, sorry for the issue.
