rowley4471 @lilalovee I'm sorry you're upset. It wasn't my intention at all. Most of the time when something is brand new, it doesn't have a faded fuzzy appearance and loose threads. I totally get that might be how the brand sends things out but I would send it back to them too if I had purchased it new.
