I have a little more wiggle room there since the fees are less, but not as low as you offered. Keep in mind an offer that's 1/2 the asking price is rarely what a seller considers reasonable. I understand wanting an amazing deal. I do too, but try and find anywhere near that price for it somewhere else before you make an offer considerably lower than what it's listed at.
