@eminala My hubby is on his way to get it as we speak. They sent me to the wrong post office to pick up😡. And I work til 5pm and they close at 5pm so we had to wait. I'm at the dr. but hubby is on his way there so it should be any minute now..😘

@justine_steph Thank you!! I an new to selling!! I've purchased two items, one I received but they never sent me the LOUBITINS box 😡as promised. The other one I purchased shoes but the person did not realize the page was still active and told me the shoes were sold, so still waiting on my refund from that. If you could help with those two issues that would be great but otherwise I'm ready to learn this Poshmark thing♥️

@lmills1 I should probably start by letting you know a Posh Ambassador is also a seller like you, but I’ve completed certain requirements and help as I can, but I’m not an employee, so unfortunately I can’t help get your refund more quickly. The purchase you made and didn’t receive the box - you can file a dispute with Poshmark if the listing said the box was included or even try messaging the seller to see if they can send now & they pay shipping

@justine_steph The refund is in process so that's fine but I messaged the seller about the box and she never responded after she received the funds. I will file a dispute...But thanks for responding

@lmills1 To file the dispute, go to Your Purchases and in that purchase listing at the bottom there should be a way to contact Poshmark and then once you click on that it shows different options for types of disputes. I hope you get a refund or your box - that’s super annoying and I’m bummed your Poshing experience hasn’t started out all that well.

I always use the app on my phone - so if you’re on the app (and maybe it looks the same on a computer) and in the listing, in the upper-right-side of the screen is a box made of arrows (if you click one of the 2 icons on that side , one has the Share option and the other doesn’t) I’m not sure how to better describe the icon, but once you’ve clicked the right one you will see the option to Share. And thank you in advance for sharing :))
