@danhoxie1980 Hi Dan. I'm so sorry I looked into the activation lock issue and it says I have to remove the device from iCloud to disable that security feature remotely. However when I go to iCloud the device isn't listed anymore since I had already unpaired it and reset the watch. I'm not sure what is going on and am not sure how to fix it. If you'd like to send the watch back I will accept a return. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I really appreciate your purchase.

@danhoxie1980 hi Dan. Apple cannot locate the watch with the Apple ID. They said the best thing to do is to try and log into the watch itself with the Apple ID and password and reset it physically. I really don't know what happened. Please return the watch so I can try to reset it physically. If you'd like to purchase again once I'm 100% sure you won't have an issue I'm happy to give you free shipping and a 10% discount for the inconvenience.

@danhoxie1980 I did and responded. The watch isn't showing up as a device under the iCloud account for me to unlock it remotely. I'm not sure what else to do besides have you return it, try to pair it again with the original phone and unlock that feature on the watch.
