@lsipes1981 Good Morning, ma’am. First, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience I have caused. When I send the package I grabbed the pants with out looking at the ones you had purchase. Yesterday, looking through my things I found the pants you had requested. I feel very embarrassed because I should had taken time to make sure I had right item.

@maritzachar oh it's okay don't stress over it! I wasn't trying to file a complaint against you, was only trying to let you know that your inventory would be off (new Posher, wasn't sure how all of that worked). As soon as I realized they wouldn't release your payment I e-mailed to get it taken care of. Confusion for both of us! I love the items I received anyway :)
