They said it maybe a possibility that the package was taken since it was left at the mailbox and not at my front door. They will get back to me sometime today? What are our options at this point if they can't locate the package? I'm sure it was insurances for amount?

designgirl2 Hi Lisa. I received the white Chico’s tunic shirt today. First I want to tell you how beautiful the shirt is! But...sadly—and I’m sure you were unaware—there is a yellow stain on the front of the blouse next to the button placket. It almost looks like a faint rust water ring. I love the blouse, so I’m pre-treating it now with stain remover & will wash tomorrow. Hopefully this will do the trick! Sorry for the bad news, and I hope you have a wonderful evening!💕

I will gladly accept the return if you do not pretreat or wash. If the top is washed or pretreated ; I will not accept the return. Up to you but again will not accept the return of pretreat and wash.
