iqclothessavvy Hi Lisa! Great question. When buyer makes an offer seller has 4 choices, Accept, Counter, Decline, Ignore. Counter or Decline, the offer is Gone, bye-bye. If Ignore, offer disappears in 24 hours. If Accept, print label and ship, Yeah! If want to accept offer but it is gone, try politely tagging buyer asking them to re-submit their offer, sometimes they will, never know. Hope this helps! Please keep in touch!

iqclothessavvy Break Room and Learning Curves are under Category ACCESSORIES in my closet. On a mobile device the categories look like a martini glass in upper right of screen. On a computer the categories are on the left side of screen. LMK if you can't find the Sort Functions and I will describe the screen in more detail. Depends on which devices being used to Posh. I use laptop, desktop, tablet and mobile phones.

Should you have a certain type of items that you post like brand or a variety of all different types of items and brands?

iqclothessavvy Hi Lisa! Congrats on your sales! The buttons are in different spots on different devices but they say the same thing. In your profile, account settings, at the bottom of the list is My Balance, click that. Shows Redeemable Balance and Waiting/in transit balance. At the bottom is a blue Redeem My Balance button. Takes to another screen where you enter bank info and how much of your Available Balance you want to redeem.

iqclothessavvy On screen showing each balance, Next to Redeem my balance is a History button. That will show all of your redeemable amounts and any amount in transit (before it is available in your bank). Once you click Redeem the numbers on that screen will change. Hope this helps. Happy Poshing!

iqclothessavvy Usually takes 3 business days from the day you Redeem for the money to show in your bank account. Buyers have 3 days to accept purchase before your funds are automatically available unless buyer files a case.
