I still wanted the shoes and I was very patient with you in our communications. You said you would send them first thing Monday morning and still I haven’t heard from you 🤷🏼‍♀️

lisa_diaz @michelle_kallen yes, love, you were very patient and understanding with me having to go out of town for a funeral. I promised I’d ship them by Monday and I didn’t. Per your last message, you said if I hadn’t shipped them, you’d like to request a refund. I felt this was fair to you due to my negligence. I only relisted because I granted you your request. What would you like me to do? I swear I printed your mailing label I just forgot to go by the post office. I deeply apologize.
