I wanted to thank you for your purchase but I would appreciate that when you have an issue with an item please contact the seller first instead of leaving a low rating review, in this era and with the stay at home orders everywhere is hard to get to the post office, I tried to get your item to you ASAP and if I forgot to send the belt you could have let me know and I would gladly have sent it to you as soon as the circumstances allowed it.

I rated my purchase based on how I received it as the consumer
As a merchant, you could have notified me that you forgot to put something in..
Then I would not have rated your product the way I did.
Nor left a comment about the missing part.
I hope that in the future .
If you forget to put something in, you would notify that person before the package arrives.
We've both learned a lesson on this purchase..
I will be on the lookout for the missing part.
