I’m so bummed you didn’t post the pictures with the rip and didn’t state that in you details about the backpack. I really would not want you to ship it out and I paid for the backpack. I’m super bummed and waited and waited and heard nothing from you. I bought another backpack on PoshMark because never heard from you. I really would like to cancel this order :( kinda frustrated like I said I would really like to cancel and get refunded. BUMMED
