jaimesteele7 @emptynest16 Hi Lisa, hope your week is going well. I’m not sure what’s happening with your package. It was supposed to arrive at PM headquarters yesterday, but it seems like it’s been at the Oakland, Ca PO since Sat, Nov 7. If it doesn’t arrive by the end of today, I will contact PM and USPS to find out what’s going on. Will keep you posted. Jaime

jaimesteele7 @emptynest16 Hi Lisa, Just wanted to let you know I’ve contacted PM regarding the transit delay of the bracelet. I’ve also contacted USPS, but, unfortunately, they are closed today due to the holiday. Will try again tomorrow. We know that’s it’s in CA, so that’s a good thing! Stay positive. I’m hopeful this will be rectified soon. Will keep you posted! 💗Jaime
