kayligage Hi Lisa I am very sorry to hear today, via your rating, that you never received the Vera tote! I mailed it on 7/29 and it was shown 2 days later as “pending acceptance”, then “delivered “3 days after that. That 3 day period is for the buyer to report any issues with the item. There is no way for the seller to know of a problem with an item once it is accepted by and in the USPS system. I check this status daily once I ship an item.

kayligage @1pookiewookie I just emailed Posh Support with all of the details & will be back in touch once I hear back from them. I would think they will contact you too. I have never had a buyer report an item as not delivered to them in 600+ sales so not sure as to what the protocol is. Again I am very sorry that something went wrong with your purchase (please read the rest of my message on your home page).

I emailed posh the info they needed from me to show that you did get a tracking # & your order was delivered. I'm completely on my own now. He's the one who took care of all of our finances because I have a brain tumor & the treatments & meds are hell

Since I didn't see it until today then more than likely you won't have to pay for what you ordered from me. Which makes thing's harder on me.
