laurenkendyll Hey there. I bought nyx liquid eyeliner from you in March. I finally tried using it for the first time for my date on Saturday night only to find that it was COMPLETELY dried out. I paid $13 for a useless tube of liner. Can you please refund me?!

laurenkendyll @5feetandpetite the eyeliner was bad from the beginning. It didn’t dry up in 3 months. I never opened it until Saturday night.
