I am so sorry about the zipper in the J Crew jeans. I had no idea it was broken when they shipped. I know how disappointing that is. I contacted Poshmark and told them to refund your money. Keep the jeans I do not want you to deal with the hassle to return them. Also please accept my offer of 25% off anything in my closet with free shipping. @glenarmmom I’m not sure I haven’t had a return in Poshmark before. However I will keep an eye on it and if I don’t hear anything in the next day or two I will contact them again. I’m currently packing and moving my early parents so if by chance it takes Poshmark and me a couple days please do not think this isn’t a priority for me. Costumer service is so important to me

Poshmark finally got back to me. They said because you accepted it the funds were released to me (even though I asked them not to do that) so there is no way for a return. They suggested you contact them if you're unhappy. What I can do on my end is offer you a $40 credit which should cover the amount you paid for the jeans plus shipping and tax. If I calculated that wrong please let me know because I want to make this right.

You can spend the credit anyway you want, now or later, break it up into multiple purchases, etc. What I will do is when you like an item just message me and put it in your bundle. I will make you an offer discounting the item(s) until you spend it all. I am so so sorry about this. This is the first time I have had this issue.
