Hi, I’m curious as to the poor rating on the Zara jacket? The measurements were on the listing, and it’s well known that Zara sizes run smaller. If you have a complaint, you can also contact me and Posh support for resolution. I’m am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the jacket. In all the many transactions I’ve done on Posh, I don’t think I’ve received a one before.

Hi Lisa, I just shipped you the GH coverlet, but used Fed Ex rather than USPS. I did’t realize that I could create a label for heavier items (lesson learned). So there will be no tracking. Once you receive it and inspect it, if you could click that you received it that would be great. As I’m writing this, I’m realizing that the shipment may not arrive before Poshmark cancels the order thinking that I did not ship it. Let’s see what happens. Thanks, Claire
